This notice explains how Indition handles information on indition.ai when you browse the website, request a demonstration or contact our team.
Indition’s published terms identify Indition Corp as the service provider. Product use may also be covered by customer agreements and a product-specific privacy notice.

You choose what to include in an enquiry. Please avoid passwords, payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.

How we use information
We use enquiry information to answer questions, provide support and discuss our services. Submitted forms are recorded in our form system and can generate an email notification for the team handling your request.
Indition’s general policy also describes improving its services and sending relevant communications. Where marketing emails are sent, you can use their unsubscribe instructions.
Service providers
Information may be handled by providers helping with hosting, communications, support and security. Disclosure may also be necessary to meet legal requirements or protect people and services.
Indition’s published policy states that it does not sell personal information. Product notices describe additional recipients where integrations or AI processing are involved.
Providers may operate in another country. Indition’s AI Chat notice describes using appropriate transfer safeguards where applicable law requires them.
Retention
Indition’s published policy uses a purpose-based retention approach: information is kept for service delivery and relevant legal, dispute or agreement obligations.
For website enquiries, consider the form record and notification email as separate copies. Product uninstallation should not be treated as a request to erase unrelated website enquiries.
Your choices
Depending on your location, you may be entitled to request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal information, object to or restrict processing, or withdraw consent. Legal exceptions may apply.
To make a request, use our Contact page and choose “Privacy question”. Provide enough information to identify the relevant enquiry or account. We may need to verify your identity before disclosing information.
AI Chat & business data
A business using AI Chat chooses its connected knowledge and conversation settings. Questions about information submitted to that business should normally go to the business first.
For Shopify AI Chat, relevant content, instructions and conversation context may be sent to AI providers to generate answers. Retrieving connected knowledge is different from training a general-purpose model.
The Shopify notice separately addresses store permissions, conversations, browser storage, privacy requests and uninstall-related deletion.
